Where is the market going in 2010?

Now that we have wrapped up 2009, just wondering your take on last year compared to 2008. How were sales. What about prices? Where do you see it going in 2010?

William — We’ve seen lots of new listings go live on Droleo during 2009 which indicates that at least inventory numbers of available real-estate is still high. Prices seem to have been relatively steady from our point of view. It would be interesting to hear from brokers about the general sales volume during the year in 2009 — has the overall volume of closed transactions increased during ’09?
